Returns Policy

We provide a 30 day return policy for your order. If more than 30 days have passed since we shipped your order, we will not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges.

To request a return, please contact customer service for a return authorization number. Do not send you return without doing so, or it may be rejected.

We suggest your return items using a trackable ship method. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments.

Any items returned to us must be unused and in their original sealed packaging. Items that are returned opened or modified will not be refunded and will not be returned. Books with obvious signs of use will also be rejected.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be applied to your original purchase method.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item which has a defect or has a problem, please contact us us and we will do our best to either correct the defect or offer a replacement item to you. Note, some items are manufactured in very limited quantities and we may not be able to replace them. In that event, we may offer you a partial refund or a full refund without replacement. This is often not something we can control, especially with limited run items.

Your shipment if damaged may be covered by insurance such as Route. If this is the case, we may direct you first to make a claim on the insurance as they may replace the product for you at no charge.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND

Once we receive your product back, it does take a short period to process the return and to return the payment to your original payment method. Should you not see the credit on your statement, please feel free to contact us for assistance. It can take a few days for credits to be posted to your account, and this can vary from bank to bank.
